The Right Reverend Dr. Zerai Gebrehiwot serves as Bishop of the Province of the Horn of Africa and the Diocese of East Africa, Ethiopia. He serves as Chancellor of St. Alcuin House Theological Seminary.
As Chancellor of St. Alcuin Theological Seminary (SATS), Bishop Zerai equips individuals called to ordained ministry and Christian service through accessible, academically rigorous formation.
He has developed curriculum, learning modules and the CACI Learning Management System for Study Centers throughout Ethiopia and neighboring countries like Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Djibouti, and Asmara, Eritrea.
The CACI Learning Management System will serve to instruct and develop students through locally developed Study Centers using structured online coursework. This allows students to pursue theological education within their ministry context while remaining connected to a broader academic community.
