The Right Reverend Bishop Moreno
Diocese of São Paulo, Brazil
Bishop Moreno's ecclesiastical ministry has been associated with the broader Continuing Anglican movement, which seeks to preserve the historic faith, sacramental life, apostolic order, and traditional worship of Anglican Christianity while maintaining ecclesiastical jurisdictions independent of the Canterbury-led Anglican Communion. His aspiration is therefore not simply to resume his own ministry, but to contribute to the establishment of a lasting pastoral work in which others may be formed, equipped, and entrusted with responsibility for the continuing proclamation of the Gospel and the building up of Christ's Church.

St. Alcuin Theological Seminary (SATS) equips individuals called to ordained ministry and Christian service through accessible, academically rigorous formation. Instruction is delivered through locally developed Study Centers alongside structured online coursework, allowing students to pursue theological education within their ministry context while remaining connected to a broader academic community.
Those who desire to engage in spiritual growth through biblically grounded teaching and individualized guidance are invited to join Bishop Moreno through the Diocese of São Paulo Study Center.
The program is designed to form candidates who demonstrate both intellectual maturity and a steadfast devotion to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, preparing them for faithful and effective service in the Church as laypersons or those who feel they have a call to ministry
